I worked as an assistant for opera designers Madeleine Boyd and Charles Edwards, contributing to a number of projects that involved technical drawings, in-depth research and 3D modelling. This experience allowed me to develop a strong understanding of both creative and technical aspects, from visualising design concepts to finding practical solutions. Through collaboration on complex set designs, I gained significant knowledge of the materials, construction techniques, and regulations specific to opera productions, ensuring that our designs were not only aesthetically compelling but also safe and functional.
